About Chris Sgaraglino

Chris, with deep roots as a lifestyle videographer, photographer and cinematographer, has been capturing images since getting his first camera in 2000. He is noted for his creativity in the field; not only in the details of composition and lighting, but also in his storytelling abilities.
"My photography and cinematography has come from my love of the great outdoors and exploring Colorado and other mountain ranges with my horses. I have been shooting lifestyle photography since 2000 with 35mm film, and converted to digital in 2005, and to video in early 2010. I feel that God has blessed me with this talent, and this is my way of repaying Him for allowing me the pleasure to wake up another day. My work is a tribute to Him!"                       -- Chris Sgaraglino

Behind the Scenes of FLINCH

"When you don't have a $20,000 budget to pay a ten-man production company to make your 30 second ad or 5 minute promotional DVD, but you are willing to spend a little more than the "economy" solutions offered by the local broadcast channels, that's where Sgaraglino comes in... helping your business stand above the competition, without draining your bank account. It's the perfect balance of quality and value. The perception of the public plays a big role in the success of any business or event, and once your image is represented online or on-screen, it's all in the eye of the viewer to soak in... so make the right choice and experience the difference."

My Brand Personality... My style, my flair...

"I don't like to put myself into a box, but if I had to define my style, I would consider myself to fall in the genre of lifestyle photojournalism."
Lifestyle Photography is a style of photography which aims to portray real-life situations in a controlled setting. Lighting is bright, airy and natural-looking. There are many commercial applications including magazine editorial, television and advertising usage.
Photojournalism or "Street Photography" is a particular form of journalism that creates images in order to tell a story. Photojournalism is distinguished from other close branches of photography by the qualities of: Timeliness — the images have meaning in the context of a recently published record of events, Objectivity — the situation implied by the images is a fair and accurate representation of the events they depict in both content and tone, as well as narrative — the images combine photographic elements to show relatable facts to the viewer or reader on a cultural level clearly outlining the accompanying story.
"My objective to you is simple: to tell your story... "
